Join Bank Street Arts as a member today and you’ll get access to a range of benefits, including concessions on ticketed events, discounts on gallery hire and sales, promotion on our website, free entry into our regular Members’ Exhibitions, and more. Becoming a member also means that you’ll immediately be eligible to submit a proposal to exhibit your work on our Atrium Wall or in our Keyhole Gallery.

As a charitable organisation Bank Street Arts relies, in part, on donations from visitors and participants, so becoming a member is the perfect way to show your support and help us to continue our work as a hub for arts and culture in Sheffield.

We offer two distinct types of membership, green, which is designed for individuals and purple, designed for groups and businesses. We’re sure we’ve got a membership option for everybody but, if you don’t see something to suit you or, if you are unsure of which option is best for you please let us know by emailing the membership team at membership@bankstreetarts.com.

Green membership

Green membership for individuals

Becoming a green member will give you a bunch of perks including:

A subscription to our mailing list so you’ll always know what’s on
10% off all hire, including gallery, meeting room and event hire
A concession on all ticketed events
The option to enter our annual members’ exhibition
Reduced commission on all sales through the gallery
Advanced notification of upcoming exhibitions, events and opportunities
An invite to the AGM and voting rights

Purple membership

Purple membership for businesses and groups

Our purple membership option is a customised subscription designed specifically for your business or group. It comes with a number of benefits as standard including:

  • A subscription to our mailing list so you’ll always know what’s on
  • 10% off all hire, including gallery, meeting room and event hire
  • A place on our website to promote your artistic practice and show your support for the organisation
  • Advanced notification of upcoming exhibitions, events and opportunities
  • An invite to the AGM and voting rights

In addition to this we’ll also design a series of tailored benefits just for you. This could include hosting your businesses networking event, AGM or staff party in our lovely Georgian, grade II listed building or allowing your group to use one of the galleries or the meeting room for a series of workshops.
