Perfume as Practice | Michael Borkowsky | 2nd – 19th March | Free Entry

Through contacting artists and posing the question ‘How do you make art?’ Michael has created perfumes as portraits that attempt to capture the essence of who each artist is.

perfume1The exhibition speculates upon a world where scent is the primary means of communicating, using perfume as a platform for creating portraiture.

The gallery space will be transformed to resemble a parfumerie; displaying 25 perfume portraits, each is unique, varied, highly personal, and open to interpretation.

There will be a drop-in workshop and a private view as part of Perfume as Practice. Find out more about Michael’s residency here.
