Studio Options
There are more than 30 individual studios at Bank Street Arts, varying in size, suitability and facilities available. Being a Grade II listed Georgian terrace, no two rooms are alike. Before contacting us, it’s worth considering what you might need from your studio, such as: size of the room, a sink, wall space, high/low ceilings, plenty of natural light…
Information for prospective studio holders
We have tried to make things as easy as possible so you can concentrate on your creative practice. All bills, rents and internet connection are included in a convenient monthly payment. You’re also not tied in to long term contracts and only have to give us one months’ notice before vacating your studio. If you do want a longer Lease we are happy to accommodate.
Sharing the space
We will always encourage the shared use of space as we would like to see the centre used by many different people as possible. Experience has shown that this leads to a more inclusive environment and is conducive to sharing, collaborating and creative discovery. Of course, it’s also a handy way to reduce your costs! If you’re interested in doing this please let us know; however, we usually find it works best when you find your own studio partner.
