Volunteering

We have a rolling programme of vacancies for Gallery Assistants – we welcome applications from anyone interested. In addition to this role, and the development opportunities it offers, we are also more than happy to discuss applications and ideas from volunteers who can offer help in specific areas – we currently have volunteers working in administration and accounts and on web design and development. We will also consider student internships or providing supported work experience ….

Membership

An opportunity to make a small contribution to making the centre financially sustainable. In return, we’ll give you a host of benefits including free or reduced entry to Bank Street Arts events, discounts at local businesses, regular updates on developments, and an opportunity to influence the direction of the organisation at the AGM. Exhibiting at Bank Street

We prefer not to receive unsolicited proposals for exhibitions. Instead we would direct anyone interested to consider our Residency Programme, Hiring the Galleries or creating permanent on site works. We have at least one open submission exhibition each year and run fairs and other events to increase participation and opportunities.
