Correspondences: Overstride for Unrocked Ground

Stephen Chase, Mark Rowan-Hull and Angelina Ayers have left the remains of their improvisation for Bank Street Arts to clear away. In the run-up to their meeting Mark, abstract painter, sent a JPG of an image to the others, and to a Canadian writer Erin Saros. Angelina and Erin wrote some stuff, and sent their responses back. Steve, an experimental composer, used the cross-continental Chinese whispers to inform his choice of sound equipment.

Mark, Steve and Angelina used improvisation to transpose the stimuli of each others practice into their own medium. what remains is the process, both documented and obscured in/by the outcome.
