Bank Street Arts is a new studio and gallery complex in Sheffield City Centre. Housed in listed Georgian terraces only a stone’s throw from the market and the Cathedral, the complex aims to provide a home, venue and setting for a wide range of creative individuals and organisations. One of the key elements of our work will be the focus on collaborative cross media projects.

The first studios open in the Spring of 2008 with jewellers, artists, illustrators, designers and a poetry publisher in residence.

An education space and café are due to open in Autumn 2008 along with the main gallery spaces.

Further offices and studios will soon be available as Bank Street Arts gears up for a full programme of activities towards the end of the year and into 2009.
